DAY 2
Well we had a quieter day today! We got up early age some delicious cold cereal! Fancy I know! Then started getting ready for church! It took TWO hours to get three girls hair done, two little boys dressed in clean clothes, two big boys to wear a tie and do hair and one crazy mom. We did however manage to be on time!!!! I had packed many snacks and lots of coloring books and for the most part they all sat very well during church, I do have to say that amazingly Beckett would have to win the reverent award! He even was so excited that he got to say the prayer in class! He is adorable.

We got home and did a quick Hot dog BBQ to feed the hungry kids!!! We then had to find Breeanas room! Which took a little work after all the dumping they did yesterday! But after a while we found her floor and she can actually walk in her room now. Chad and Heather came over and visited for awhile and we were sad to see him have to go to Grandma house. We had a a great BBQ chicken dinner and the kids all eat really well. They loved to play with the Polly pockets and enjoyed a barbie movie.

To end the night we had chocolate chip cookies and Gavin and Ashley informed me that they don't drink white milk! So they had juice instead. Then a dance PARTY! Gavin is always saying cute things that throughout the day I will say I need to write that in my blog but then when I sit down to write my mind goes blank. I do however have the cutest video(which I don't know how to upload) of him yelling at the plane above our house saying hi to him mom and dad!

DAY 1

Well its only a little after 12pm and David and Jess only left at 10am and the 7 children have already torn through the dressup clothes, dumped out all the marbles (mine are now missing), went swimming, had a water fight, ate ramen noodles and grilled cheese sandwhiches, had popcycles, dirtied all the towels, mad mud prints through the house and have loved every minute of it! I just hope we don't run out of activities before bed tonight!

*I hope David and Jess enjoy Hawaii and know that I love them and their children! I am glad that I am able to help them out! They are all very good kids and fun to have around. We will see if we write that on day 6? LOVE YOU GUYS!

FIVE IS FUN!

Breeana turned 5!!
Her top 5 favorites are:
5- Opening presents!!!
4 - wishing on her birthday candles

3 - picking and smelling all the flowers!(even the fake ones)
sorry this picture is scary I am still figuring out all the bugs and stuff!
2 - dressing up everywhere!

1 - FRIENDS AND COUSINS!!!!!
Breeana was confined to this stroller and I thought it was so sad that she would miss out on her big day! But I was wrong she loved it! Her friends took turns wheeling her around Chuck E. Cheese and she felt like a queen! I love how much they grow and change! The first question she asked was can I go to kindergarten tomorrow! Breeana is so sweet and kind and yes she can have a little of the Princess attitude but I love her so much and overall I am so lucky to have her in my life!!

April

April started off as a crazy month and if I would of known how it would all turn out I would of skipped the month completely!!

Brent is the only one who loved the rain, rain, rain, and RAIN! He plays basketball everyday and really enjoys playing in the rain getting wet and muddy and gross!
Breeana decided that she wanted a matching boot! We looked ridiculous in them walking side by side! my foot was still broken and my mother in law was diagnosed with cancer! April fools jokes went a little out of hand! Needless to say we are glad that it is MAY!

But on the positive Breeana has now decided that the flowers are beautiful and that we should have fresh flowers every day! I love that she loves dandelions and making wishes! I have decided that she always wishes for more dandelions to make more wishes because dandelions are the best growing flowers in our yard! I love that she picks them but she gets so sad that the die the next day!

SLUG BUG

This is why you don't play slug bug!(if your competitive)

  1. while driving your eyes should be on the road not all over the place trying to find the next bug.
  2. you should have both hands on the steering wheel at all times.
  3. your children will one day grow up!!!!!

And they can hit a lot harder than we remember! In my sons defence I did start this game not only when he was little but the also the day he did this!!!! I believe I have given up the game for good!!!
